Key characteristics:
● Good Flame-retardancy with Halogen-free and Antimony-free. High Phosphorus Contents.
● High Hydrolysis Resistance.
Hydrolysis
Condition:
Sample 1.5 g was add to 15 ml distilled water, heated at 160 ºC in sealed vessel.
After 20 h., ion concentration1) in aqueous layer was measured by ion-chromatography.
And electric conductivity of aqueous layer is measured by electric conductivity meter.
Result
1) Ion concentration based on each sample: µg/g. 2) Conductivity: aqueous layer.
3) Because of some interference materials, it was not able to measure.
TGA of FP-100, 300B and 390
Measurement: Heating rate: 10 ºC/min,
Atmosphere: in Nitrogen,
Flow rate: 50 mL/min.
Solubility
a) Amount of FP-100 which dissolves in Solvents of 100mL. Temperature: 25 ºC.
b) Solubility Parameter: Polymer Handbook, 4th Ed., Vol. 2.
